Environmental declaration of MF-15L
Our MF-15L Macrofinishing system contributes to reducing emissions from deburring processes by opting for mechanical force applied at room temperature instead of polycarbonate grit in liquid nitrogen.
To ensure our commitment, we have measured and certified the emissions of the MF-15L throughout its life cycle with the environmental product declaration (EPD).
The certification makes the system eligible for subsidized funding dedicated to the sustainability of industrial processes, increasing the availability of the technology for the sector.
This results in a win-win situation for everyone:
for our planet and for our business.
Decarbonization with MF-15L
In daily use, MF-15L generates
8.4 tons of CO2-eq per year.
This footprint is comparable to 40 tons of liquid nitrogen, which an average cryogenic deburring department would consume in less than two weeks.
