Sustainability and Environmental Efficiency

The MF-15L eliminates sprue and heavy flash residues without using liquid nitrogen: cryogenic deburring machines release nitrogen into the air, which evaporates from its liquid state (LN2). Although nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas and has a much lower impact than CO₂, large continuous operational volumes can generate significant CO₂eq/year emissions.
The MF-15L requires only electricity for its operations, avoiding the environmental impact associated with the production of liquid nitrogen and the polycarbonate used in cryogenics, while also reducing operating costs.
